what is passing year and which roll number is consider in any form? if I appear in improvement in class 12th which roll number is select class 12th main marksheet roll number Or improvement marksheet roll number?

On the marks sheet your improvement roll number will be enrolled.
If it's a backlog examination then beside the subject or beside the marks there will be a star Mark which says you have appeared for backlog.
If it's not backlog examination, if you are appearing for improvement then the improvement roll number and the year you completed your 12th will be mentioned on the marksheet. There will be no change in the year
