What is percentile? If I get 50 percentile what is my score if I am belongs to OBC category?

Sorry to disappoint you but raw scores cannot be calculated from one's percentile. Getting 50 percentile basically means that 50 percent of the students sitting for the JEE mains got less than or equal to your score marks. There is nothing more than that that you can conclude from a percentile mark.
