What is personal assesment in iim indore this year?

Personal Assessment is very important phase of admission process for any IIM, it is conducted to assess the personality of the candidate, more good the personality will be, better the chances of selection for the program. Let us discuss the complete admission criteria of IIM Indore :-

It is 3-stage process, in which first stage is for determination of eligibility criteria of the candidate, second stage will be for shortlisting of candidates on the basis of their CAT result and academic as well as non-academic performance then during stage third final list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared.

Stage-1 :- Eligibility criteria for stage 2 will be determined for the registered candidates using the CAT 2020 cut-off scores.

Stage-2 :- This stage is of Personal Assessment/Interview and Written Ability Test. After this stage the candidate will begiven points on the following parameters :-

Note that Z candidates, Z min and Z max tends for 10th/ SSC score and 12th/ HSC score are computed using normalization process.

Stage-3 :- During this stage the candidates will be shortlisted for admission to the respective program on the basis of final score which will be calculated as per the given composition :-
