The Prime Minister's Special Scholarship Scheme (PMSSS) is a scholarship program administered by the All India Council for Technical Education for students from Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh who wish to pursue higher education outside their home region.
Eligibility
- Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir or Ladakh.
- Passed Class 12 from a recognized board in the region or possess an eligible diploma qualification.
- Family income should be within the prescribed limit under the scheme guidelines.
