Reconciliation of data, seat allotment verification and validation is a process in which it is checked that which seats are vacant and which have been occupied after the previous round of counselling. Seat allotment verification and validation is done to check that whether the candidate has taken the seat allotted to him/her in the previous round of counselling or not.
