Here is the answer. TO divide the voter on the basis of caste and religion and then get votes of a particular community is the main cause of religious politics. They do it to increase there vote bank. To blame others or other community so that 2 communities will get away from each other and the community from which a particular politician supports will get majority is the key motive(divide and rule type)
