sir, what is this resignation about? The new provision by MCC. I have been alloted a college in round 1 AIQ seat. Is it mandatory for me to resign?

The DGHS has extended the last date for reporting to colleges for Round 1 by November 16th upto 2pm. There is no window for resignation process. There is free exit which means you can not report to the college and not be fined for it. Or you can appear for the college, take admission and go for free upgradation. But if you want to resign it is usually one week's time. So we have to wait for MCC's notification regarding resignation details.
