What is round 1,2 and round 2 extended in comedk? My rank is 5548 should I attend to all. Which is best college for cse should I get?

The three rounds are like three chances. Suppose a person has got a seat in round 1. If they get better college through some different competition then they will leave the seat. So, in next round, another person can aquire that seat.

you can attend all the rounds but keep an alternative option with you.

For the counselling, one should wait for every round of counselling as your branch will he upgraded till the end round of counselling.  If you have got the best choice than you may not go gor further round. Check this link for the cutoff of different colleges
