what is scope of tier 3rd college students.

Tier 3 colleges are considered to be bad with respect to Tier 1 & 2s because of the crowd you will find in those colleges. There will be few people serious about their future & the exposure of new people, new ideas is less as compared to the top -2 tiers. Due to less communication & less exposure to the students in the same stream from tier -1 college, it is a disadvantage on students in these colleges.

It honestly doesn't matter if anybody is graduating from tier 3 college if you have the right mindset to succeed, you strive to be a better in your life. With proper mindset & dedication, any problem can be overcomed.
