You may submit the Result sheet or Mark List as provided by your Examination Board. It will be used as a certificate. Hope it Helps.

my CLASS XII appearing/passing year and my CLASS XII Hall Ticket was wrong in JEE ADVANCED 2021 REGISTRATION FORM. It was filled as as 2020 year of passing but actually it was 2021 and Hall Ticket was filled as of my Class XI instead of Class XII. How should I correct that and is it a serious issue.
