After the jee mains ; if you qualify jee mains you have to register for jee advanced and appear for it .
Depending upon your rank you will allot seat.
For seat allotment ; you have to again register for josaa counseling and have to fill the choices ( all the college and branch preference wise which you want.).
Then they will allot seat in rounds and if you get seat you have to go for verification of documents.
Couseling for NIT/IIIT/IIT/some other colleges held combinely.( Means you are shown college other than IIT s for choice filling ; if you did not qualify jee advancded ).

All category have same process to get admission in nit IIT .
If you are getting qualify in Jee main then you have to apply for Jee advance then after results you have to attain counseling .
For nit Tiechy and any other nit you have to attain Jossa counseling .
