B.Sc Hons in Chemistry is a 3 year UG course. According to the eligibility criteria, you must complete 10+2 examination in Science stream with a minimum marks of 50 percent from a recognized board.
The admission process in most of the colleges are through merit, that is the score in Class 12. In some colleges, you may need to take an entrance exam like NEST, CG PET, JET, GBPUAT for admission on the basis of its score.

Dear applicant B.Sc Hons in Chemistry is indeed a good course to chase your career goals and fulfill your career dreams. Coming to the basic admission process followed by different institutions there are two methods based on which admission is conducted through. First is on your merit basis, where your 10+2 marks is considered to be your admission criteria and fora good college you need to score more than 85 in chemistry. To take admission for BSc chemistry honours aspirants has to complete their class 12th examination from any recognised board. The eligibility criteria for the aspirants in the college or the Universities are 50%-55% aggregation marks in their exams. The aspirants age must be between 17- 25 years.
The exams you can give to take admission in BSc chemistry honours are PUCET, BHUUET, NPAT, IIT JAM etc.
