The candidates selected for M.Sc and Ph.D Biotechnology (Integrated) are entitled to receive Ramachandran-DBT fellowship of Rs 16,000 per month for the first two years. Candidates selected for the Ph.D. programme in Biostatistics or Bioinformatics are entitled to receive a monthly stipend of Rs 45,000 for the first two years and Rs 50,000 for the next three years.
