If you really want to get into a decent NIT with a good branch you should get 95%ile* .or you can crack jee advance with a good rank...for IITS which are the best...

Hello,

The best engineering colleges that you can get through JEE mains are the NITs and for that you need to score 98 percentile and even more than that (99) for top branches.
