What is the average score scored in GATE exam ?

Obtained marks varies year by year depending on the difficulty level of question of gate.By this difficulty level cutoff also calculated. Mainly the average score varies between 40-50. So if you get more than 55 then you have a great chance to get top universities. If you are looking for PSU then you have to score above 60.Best of luck.

To get into IITs you need to score around  650 - 700 and to get this score you should have marks between 55-60 marks out of 100.

On the other hand to get in PSUs you need marks between 60-70. If you are the candidate belong to general category.
