Certainly there is not any benefit of being in general category in JEE main 2020 however as per the reservation policy if you belong to economically poor background then only you can avail 10% reservation established by the law.
But in other category there is reservation for OBC SC and ST category students.
There is no benefit for general or any other category in JEE mains.The only thing that varies in terms of category is the cutoff marks for each category in which general category has the highest cutoff.
