What is the bond system in ESIC Joka, Bengal?

Dear Aspirant,
The bond states about your post internship.you will have to serve as a junior resident in any ESIC hospital for the period of 3 years.If you fail to do so or now willing to join the job then you have to pay ESI corporation an amount of 10 Lakh +15% intrest.

So ma'am do we have to do this after MBBS? Then what about our PG?

You won't be able to do it or you have to pay the bond amount.. it's really pathetic.

Ya but.. that is quite less it's near to 40 k.. even state governments give more. Btw Being a 2nd year student of this College, I personally will not recommend students to go for this college.. the patient influx here is extremely less and now the next 2 exam will be completely clinical based.. it will be even worse.. I still regret my decision of not going to district colleges like malda or murshidabad..
