You get 4 marks for correct answer and -1 for a wrong answer,be careful as negative marking lowers good candidates score.For ex a candidate getting 210 gets 190 due to this,and in mains 1 marks differs candidate in thosands of ranks.
In JEE Main each correct answer will be awarded 4 marks. Every wrong answer will fetch -1 mark while any answer with no response will not be given any marks.
