To be eligible for admission through MHT CET, you must have scored minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together in 10+2 or equivalent exam. SC, ST and OBC candidates need only 45%.
If you meet the above mentioned aligibility criteria, and also qualify MHT CET you will be in contention for a seat. To increase you chances of admission, or being offered a seat of your preference, try to score good marks in the entrance exam.
