Hi,

1. First let's get clarity on the seat distribution :-

70% is for Mumbai University Students, who are Maharashtra domicile.
15% is for Non-Mumbai University Students, but Maharashtra domicile.
15% is for Non-Mumbai University Students, non-Maharashtra domicile.

2. Process for admission is same for all. Write the written, you will be ranked as per one of the category as specified above, and seats are then filled as per ranking. This ranking is based on Written & GDPI, or only written, which is specified every year in their notification.

The candidates who have not completed S S C and HS C Examination or Equivalent Qualifying Examination from a recognized institution from a disputed Maharashtra-Karnataka Border Area and whose Mother tongue is not Marathi, such candidates come under Out Side Maharashtra State Candidature Type.
