From your question it seems that you are neet 2022 aspirant,

To be on the safer side you should try to get at least 10 to 15 marks more  in comparison of Neet 2021 cut off as per your category i. e  if you belong to sc category then try to get atleast around 120 - 125 marks in order to qualify Neet 2022

But yes,

Just qualifying with Neet cutoff won't help you to fetch a seat in a Government Medical College so you should try to get at least around 500 + marks if you belong to  sc category.
