Greetings!
Neet cut off for general category pwd candidates is always 45th percentile. In the year 2019 i.e. in neet 2019 , the cut off was 45th percentile for general category pwd students and in terms of marks, cut off was 133-120 marks for them but cut off marks keeps changing depending upon several factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc.
