see once jee main all sessions exam would complete NTA would release a specific cutoff as per category wise based on jee main score to appear in jee advance exam. based on jee main score admission to nit, iiits, cftis , private colleges are done. so based on college ranking every colleges has some cutoff or closing rank to secure admission. this cutoff score is different for each colleges and varies with the determining factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on.
