What is the cutoff for the student having 40 percent hearing problem?

according to reservation criteria of NEET,out of 15% all india quota seats,5% will be reserved for PWD students as per the provisions of reservation under rights of person with disability act.The admission to these seats will be done on the basis of NEET result.candidates claiming for admission under PWD category under  all india quota seats must submit the disability certificate issued from one of the disability assessment boards,constituted at the 4 cities-

1) VMMC, safdarjang hospital,delhi

2) all india institute of physical medicine and rehabilitation,mumbai

3) madras medical college,chennai

4) institute of post graduate medical education and research,kolkata
