The JEE Main 2025 qualifying cutoff for B.Tech in Information Technology (IT) varies annually based on factors like exam difficulty and candidate performance. While the official cutoff marks are yet to be released, based on previous years' trends , the expected qualifying percentiles are:

• General Category: Approximately 92 to 100 percentile.
• EWS Category: Around 83 to 92 percentile.
• OBC-NCL Category: Approximately 78 to 92 percentile.
• SC Category: Around 61 to 92 percentile.
• ST Category: Approximately 47 to 92 percentile.
