What is the cutoff marks for ST

GATE 2019s cutoff list has not been released yet. But being in a category increases your chances of clearing the paper as the cutoff for category students is much less than the cutoff for non-category or non-reserved students.

But we can predict the expected cutoff by analysing the previous year cutoffs.

The cutoff for GATE paper is mainly divided into three parts:

1. Mechanical     2.Computer   3.Electrical

The cut off for the mechanical paper of 2018 was 23.1 marks and for computer, it was about 16 marks while for electrical it was about 19.4 marks.

These cutoffs were for SC/ST students.
