What is the cutoff of bioscience and bioengineering for PhD?

There is no cutoff for PhD programs .

Every institute has its own eligibility criteria for admission .

Some institutes accept a valid GATE score and first class or 60% marks in masters degree etc.

IIT jodhpur and IIT kanpur has amazing labs ..Infact IIT kanpur has separate department of biosciences and bioengineering..
