Hey Farheen,
CA Intermediate is the stage-II of the chartered accountancy curriculum. The candidates can be eligible for appearing in CA Intermediate by either having a three-year degree in commerce or by clearing the CA Foundation exam.
Hence, we can conclude that CA Foundation is the first stage of the CA curriculum and CA Intermediate is the second stage.
