What is the difference between ECE and CSE? Y majority says ECE is best and it is same as a CSE??? kindly underline my queiry and answer me!!

ECE is a little better than CSE as it has more offers in the public sector (govt jobs). ... CSE also has very good placements and the average salary is higher than ECE . ECE is about electronics and how the different electrical components (Microprocessor, RAM etc) communicate with each other.

ECE focus on  electronics and how the different electrical components  communicate with each other (Electronics and communication engineering). It has more Physics in it. There is a little programming involved but not much whereas CSE deals with telling these components what to do and when to do it; by programming them. If you have interest in physics, then go for ECE, but if you are an average student in physics then choose CSE (it will need interest in the software). But in terms of placements, ECE offers more job opportunities in public/government sector but CSE provides high pay jobs even in the private sector. Moreover, India as well as other countries are turning to a new digital world where CSE will be playing the pivotal role.
