What is the difference in fee structure of cusat b.tech course for a non keralite and NRI quota ?

Hi ,
So the annual fees for btech in NRI Quota is approximately 2 to 2.5 lakhs annually while that for non keralites is approximately 1 lakh . This encompasses tuition fees , hostel fees and other expenses. The fee structure according to the 3 categories are :
50k for state merit
90k for all india merit
140k for NRI .
This might probably be just the tuition fees .
