Both the study have same scope,

The difference is in Bsc cardiac technology the technologist assist the physician in diagnosis of cardiac and peripheral condition and in treatment as well but cardio pulmonary perfusion technologist help the physician in providing artificial support in circulation and to temporarily replace a patient's respiratory and circulatory system.

B.Sc. in Cardiac Technology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course divided into 6 semesters. Cardiac Technology is an allied course in medicine.
Cardiac Technologists assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular testing; a tube is inserted into one of the blood vessels that carry blood into the heart.
The job of a technician is to perform tasks that require less medical training before and during the procedure so doctors can focus on the results of the test.

Whereas,
B.Sc. in Perfusion Technology is a 3- year long, full- time course divided into 6 semesters. Perfusion Technology involves the study of physiology, pathology and associated equipment used to support the function of the heart and lungs during medical procedures.
Perfusion Technologists prepare and operate heart-lung machines and other sophisticated equipment as directed by healthcare physicians. Perfusionists measure blood pressure and other parameters to identify appropriate mechanical, pharmacological and thermal manipulation to maintain tissue viability.

According to me, B.Sc in cardiac technology will be a good pick, since it is a established and emerging course.
