what is the domicile rule for neet.....do they want the latest one....is there any time limit before or after...creation of domicile....
Hi Nikhil,
Domicile rule is same for all the entrance examinations being held in entire country either for under-graduates, graduates or job. The rule is that candidate should hold the state domicile certificate to be eligible to apply for state quota. Usually the domicile certificate is issued where the person is born or his/her parents holds the domicile of that state. If due to some personal circumstances you have to move in different state then to get domicile certificate of that state you need to provide proof that you'll going to stay there for indefinite period or the more than the time period specified by the authorities to apply for the domicile there.
So yes at the time of your counselling you need to provide the latest domicile certificate (in case you have shifted to different state). There is no time limit to it.
