what is the elgibilty criteria for applying state quota in rajasthan if not passsed from any of the state colleges

Sorry you cannot apply through state quota. But you can apply in All India quota seats.
For Rajasthan PG medical 2019 admissions, only NEET PG 2019 qualified candidates will be considered. The candidates MBBS degree should be recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI). C andidates who passed MBBS from an institute outside state of Rajasthan are eligible for admission to 50% All India quota seats in government colleges and 50% seats in private colleges.
