PGIMER provides reservations to students under the following categories:
1. OBC
2. SC/ST
3. Candidates working/have worked in rural area
4. PwD
5. Sponsorship candidates
Candidates who are working/have worked in rural area will be considered for their 5% reservation. The villages must have less than 5000 population. You will need to produce a certificate signed by the District Magistrate of the concerned village stating you have worked for atleast 2 years in a rural area.
