Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences was established in 2009 to develop technically sound human resource in the field of veterinary health, animal production and management to cater to the increasing demand of veterinarians in the State. The institution was granted NOC by the Punjab Government to establish a new College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at Amritsar to start B.V.Sc. & A.H. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) 5-year programme.

The fee charged for B.V.Sc.& A.H in gadvasu college is 35000/- per annum during the time for admissions.and in khalsa college it differs and revised frequently so its advisable to refer the official website of the college.

Amritsar happens to be a wonderful place to live with vivid culture and beautiful landscape. The place happens to be very famous for its heritage and is a pilgrimage site for the Sikhs.
