Master of Education (M.ed) is a professional course which is of two years of duration. It has different fees which varies from University to university or from college to college. As you have not mentioned the particular college or university you're talking about, we are unable to answer exact.
Although, the general fees for M.ed is between 1L per year to 1.5L per year. And, highest percentage also is different from University to university. Basically, you can score 90%-95% if you study really well and devote self study religiously. The percentage can go to 70%-80% too, if you study only to pass the degree.
