what is the GATE score required for EIE branch to do m.tech CSE in IIT'S?i mean is it same for all branches?

Marks and score will keep fluctuating year to year as it depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level,etc.
So I'll give you a rough idea of ranks... And obviously cutoffs for various branches is not going to be same and is going to vary from branch to branch with CS and IT being on the top.
You need to get the rankings as follows if you are a general candidate:
AIR<100 for old iits and AIR<300 For new iits
AIR<for nit trichy,warangal,calicut
AIR<500 for 2nd tier NIT likes rourkela,surat,bhopal
AIR<700 for lower NIT
