The highest packages are mostly from companies from abroad. They hire a few students and pay them around 100000 USD per year. However, something to note is, every year, only a couple of students are able to secure that package. Rest everyone is among the average package of around 15 to 20 Lakhs per year. If you talk about Indian companies, then the highest package is around 30-35 Lakhs per year.

And the course which will get you this highest package would be Computer Science.
