What is the IAT minimum score that got in to the SCB Selection List?

This completely depends on the difficulty level of the particular year's question paper as well how candidates have fared in the IAT entrance. Usually a score above 50% is considered good enough for securing a seat in one of the IISERs. It is the rank which finally matters, which shows how well you have done in comparison to others.

Only 50% seats are there for admission through SCB criteria and the rest are through JEE Advanced and KVPY. However, seats may increase if seats are left unfilled by JEE/KVPY criterias.
