It is possible to give jee advanced after diploma from state government recognized institutions. You need to pass JEE main to give advanced. So if you are in last year of your diploma you should apply for jee main 2019 and crack one of the main exam. If you crack mains you can give advanced. Another criteria for advanced will be top 20 percentile marks in diploma last year. State board will give those marks to JEE board and if you need to secure good rank as well as top 20 percentile to get seat into IIT.
