As per the 2018 cuttoffs the the opening and closing rank for an ST student for admission to DA IICT for computational sciences was 63- 115 and the rank required for Information Technolgy was 856-30869.DA IICT is a well reputed institue and its definitely worth going into it and yeah its definitely not going to be easy to get admission into it.
