You can appear for the IMO only if your school has registered with the Science Olympiad Foundation. Your school should provide you with the details the exam fee and the exam date. Schools which are not registered with SOF need to send an email requesting the prospectus and register themselves for its students to participate in the exam.

1. The contest days for IMO 2018 will be July 9 and July 10, 2018. 2. All contestants must have been born on or after June 30, 1998. 3. The participation must be confirmed online before February 15, 2018. 4. The registration of Leaders, Deputy Leaders, Observers and the number of Contestants must be completed online before April 20, 2018. 5. The registration of contestants must be completed in online mode before May 31, 2018. 6. The online registration of travel details of participants need to be completed before June 15, 2018.
