what is the list of colleges which allows to do mtech in hyderabad without attending to college and just writing exams?pls help!!!

Dear candidate..... hope you're doing good..
Well, most of the government engineering colleges providing M.tech courses has made attendance compulsory for getting eligible for appearing in the semester examinations. But still you can try for other deemed universities and private colleges which allows you to write the exams without attending classes.
