Hey there hope you are doing well. To get admission in top NIT you should at least score more than 99 percentile to get the top branches like computer science engineering and IT. You can either score close to 97 percentile or above and get admission in your state NIT in top branches. For these you have to work really hard and try to score above 97 percentile at least. Cut off is different for each NIT so to have decent chances of getting seat in a NIT you need to score 180 or above marks in JEE main.Your rank must be within 5000 if you belong to general category and within 10000 if you belong to reserved category.You need to secure 95 or above percentile.
