This year IIT Delhi released the application form of GATE 2020 on August 31, 2019. According to eligibility criteria released; candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject to be eligible for gate exam. There's no requirement of minimum aggregate percentage or CGPA to be fulfilled to be eligible for gate exam. So you just need graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject to be eligible for gate exam.
