Dear Sreekar,
According, to previous year cut off you should score more then 230 marks in your JEE Main paper 2 to get admission in NITs.
For IITs you have to appear in JEE Main paper 1 to qualify for JEE Advanced then you have to appear for AAT entrance exam.
