Hello.
For admission in bams through neet, you must check for the neet cut offs.
For general category, neet cut off percentile is 50th and marks between 701-134 . Hence minimum marks are 134 marks for clearing neet.
For SC/ST/OBC category, neet cutt off percentile is 40th and marks between 133-107. Hence, minimum marks are 107 for clearing neet.
Now once you've cleared neet, you can check with college predictor for you admission chances in your preferred college, or about the college you prefer, check for it's own cutoff score for admission criteria.

Dear aspirant, though its hard to tell exactly what will the the required cut offs . But as per last year's records and trends a general category candidate has to score at least 400 + in order to get secure seat in government medical College for BAMS, also if you belong to any reserved category you may get admission with around 350+.
