What is the minimum mark should i get so that i can select a medical college??

It varies with each college and state. It also varies with your category. Generally, a score of around 600 is considered good for a good government MBBS seat under All India quota. And for same under state quota, a score of around 550 is considered safe for general category.

S sure sir thank you again sir
Sir i have another doubt.. How many hours should i spend for the study for neet so that i can score 550+ marks??
Dear Bhuvanesh, this is where aspirants do wrong. Don't count hours. Just count the number of topics you want to cover in a particular period of time and then study accordingly. Just remember to study regularly and make studies your first priority.
Study qualitatively, not quantitatively.

Sir you are right sir but my school pressures more to score in 12th thereby giving a lot of work so that i could not study other than the 12th subjects even some days the 12th subjects so that i have asked you the question sir
Hello Bhuvanesh
For govt colleges under all India quota aim for scoring above 550+ whereas for state quota seats aim for scoring 500+ for govt colleges whereas a score of 440+ would be safe for private colleges. The cutoff varies every year from state to state so nothing could be said with complete surety.
Goodluck
