According to your question, B. architecture course is available in very less number of NITs and so the minimum percentile would be a bit high if you want to get a seat in these colleges.

The minimum percentile required would be 98 atleast.

Just by qualifying in jee mains paper 2 is not enough for you to get a good nit or SPA. And the competition grows more cut throat in general category.
So, for getting a good seat in nit or spa, your percentile score should be greater than 99.5 percentile from general category and for that you have to score atleast more than 310 marks out of 400 to get and percentile score of over 99.
And note that :- THE HIGHER THE BETTER.
