Hello!
As a rough estimation, if you are a beginner you can earn 20,000 per month which and for later stages can increase to 40,000 or 45,000 per month, or maximum it can go to 75,000 to 80,000 as well (If full time blogging is done with all dedication and maximum efforts)
As ECT is well recognized its certification ( i.e. passing out from there) so your degree does have a good value in the field.
